CASCOZEB is a protective fungicide highly effective in controlling many fungal diseases such Blights, Downy Mildews and scab on cucumber, tomatoes, onions, chives, bodi, and watermelons. It has a broad-spectrum action in controlling diseases and also prevention of resistance towards other formulations. It contains Mancozeb, Zinc and Manganese, essential nutrients needed for crop growth.

CASCOZEB can be used for the control of downy mildew (Perenospora parasitica). Moderate control is achieved by sprays applied between the cotyledon stage and the true leaf stage.

Leaf Spot (Septoria tritici): Spray Cascozeb twice, 14 days apart to prevent the disease reaching the flag leaf. Apply before any disease is well established, but in high risk situations apply a third time at 14 days later.

Brown Rust (Puccinia recondita): Apply one or two sprays of Cascozeb from the onset of disease infection.

Yellow Rust (Puccinia striiformis): Apply Cascozeb at early disease development.

Sooty Mould (Cladosporium spp): Spray Cascozeb to protect the ear during ear emergence.

Leaf Blotch (Rhynchosporium secalis) and Anthracnose: Spray Cascozeb when disease is detectable.
